This is a video entitled "Man-Made Card". It is about a guy's take on making a handmade card. He uses cardstock, tools from his garage, and even finds some embellishments in his toolbox. It's pretty funny!

Gone Fishing.

It's been a few months since I posted anything new on this blog... we've been busy this summer at the lake, boating, swimming, fishing, relaxing, etc. So, needless to say I haven't done a whole lot of crafting. I have made a few cards and have done a few layouts here and there, which I hope to get posted soon. Right now, I am in the midst of getting ready for my annual fall scrapbook weekend with Amy, Angie & Krissy! I am sooooo looking forward to it, but there is a lot of preparation involved to get ready for 48 hours of straight scrapbooking! I've received all the pictures I ordered from Kodak Gallery and sorted them, selected all my papers and sketched my layouts. Now, I just need to pull all my embellishments for the layouts, pack my tools, and I'm ready to go! However, with the recent storms, our basement flooded again... so, needless to say my craft room is in a bit of disarray right now. I'm thankful that nothing was damaged in my craft room, but it's difficult to find things in there for the time being.

During my scrap weekend, I am going to work on Ava's 2nd year album. I have 56 pages to do for her album... I anticipate getting about 24-26 pages done. It would be great to get half way through her album on my crop weekend, but we'll see. So, stay tuned in a few weeks for my new layouts!
